Executive Functioning Services
Conversations Together provides in office, virtual, and in-home Executive Function services on the Upper West Side focused on helping individuals grow to their fullest potential as independent, emotionally regulated, confident, and active participants in their daily lives. Executive functioning is the foundation to how we learn, work, socialize, and manage our daily life. It is a set of skills controlled by the frontal lobe that is composed of attention, working memory, planning, organization, task initiation, time management, metacognition, emotional/impulse control, flexibility, problem-solving, and more.

Whether it be for foundational executive functioning skills or higher-level daily life tasks our coaches help our students achieve success through individualized goal setting, implementation of specific strategies, and consistent support. We specialize in creating goal-oriented and strategic plans to ensure our students can grow to be their best selves! Our number one priority is instilling intrinsic motivation and functionality into every session.

We currently offer 45 and 60-minute coaching services for both children and adults.
